Food Pantry
Murphy First UMC hosts the Cherokee County Sharing Center’s Food Pantry which is open to the public on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:00-3:00pm. Donations and volunteers are always appreciated. The pantry is located on the ground floor level of the sanctuary building at the rear.
Scouts
The church hosts Cub Scout Pack 400 and Boy Scout Troop 400.
Greeting Card Ministry
This group meets monthly to create and prepare special greeting cards for members of the congregation.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
This group meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 3:00 pm.
Quilters
This group meets every Thursday at 10am in the Fellowship Hall.
