Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who had a hand in Vacation Bible School! There was so much work that went into making those four days special, lots of it behind the scenes. So whether you provided a meal, helped with a group, donated your creativity, or helped fundraise for Zoe…thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
This year our theme was International Dream Hunters, a Zoe Empowers themed experience. 40 children learned about God’s dream that we all experience a future with hope. Through Zoe Empowers God helps make that dream come true through belonging to a group, a business, animals, safe and stable housing.
Each of our 3 groups set fundraising goals for themselves, and each of the groups surpassed their goal, raising a total of over $4,000! Then on Sunday 7/17, the congregation more than matched what they raised, giving a total of $8,775.08! Your generosity is helping God’s dreams come true for these children in Zoe Empowers, and you’ve empowered our kids as they realize just how big of an impact they can make.
